Fluidization Section

This is the part where the material enters below the dryer, equipped with an internal mixer. Its primary function is to assist in breaking down high-viscosity materials, ensuring thorough contact between the wet material and the drying hot air, resulting in a larger heat transfer coefficient. Drying hot air enters the annular channel at the bottom of the dryer at a certain speed from the tangential direction and enters the fluidization section through the shell bottom gap.

The material is atomized within the fluidization section, fully contacting the rotating hot air to form a fluidized bed, where the particles are fluidized. The particles in the fluidized state have their surfaces fully exposed to the hot air, colliding and rubbing against each other, while moisture evaporates, reducing the adhesive force between particles, causing them to move dispersed and irregularly, accelerating the mass and heat transfer processes.

Drying Section

Located above the feeding screw to the space below the classifier, the material continues to dry in the rotating airflow. Smaller particles continue to move upward into the classification section; larger particles move upward around the wall, collide with the classifier, fall back down, and are redried until they meet the required dryness quality.

Classification Section

Responsible for classifying the dried material, separating it according to particle size, ensuring the uniformity of the product.

Hot Air Device

Provides the hot air required for the drying process, typically consisting of a burner, hot air ducts, and a fan. The burner converts the thermal energy from fuel combustion into hot air, which enters the drum through the hot air ducts, and the moisture is carried away by the exhaust of the fan, achieving the drying of the material.

Exhaust Device
