The working principle of the drum rotary dryer is that the wet material is put into the dryer from one end, and under the turning of the evenly distributed scrapers in the inner drum, the material is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer, and is fully in contact with the downstream (countercurrent) hot air, thereby accelerating the driving force of drying heat transfer and mass transfer.
